Accounting Software

Need to get a bookkeeping/accounting program for landlord/rental business. This would be for less than 10 properties. Which one do you think is best? Thanks. Jeannie

I was wondering what software program both of you were using. I think there are a couple of commercial products out there. I feel that a made at home excel spreadsheet could do the same.
