Right off South Street at the corner of 2nd and Bainbridge Streets, the Irish Times offers free wireless and a happy hour ($2.00 Domestic Drafts and Bottles, and half priced appetizers) from 5-7 pm. The website is http://www.irishtimes.... There is free 2-hour street parking on 2nd beyond Bainbridge and on the surrounding streets or meter parking north of Bainbridge.
